ABOUT US
I am so happy to finally be making chocolate in Israel. I am a trained chocolatier from the Institute of Culinary Education in NYC and making chocolate is my passion.
After working in chocolate for several years, including one year in Israel, I decided to open my own store in Israel on Kibbutz Evron. We offer goat milk chocolates for those with lactose sensitivity, as well as cow's milk chocolates!
I had the fortunate opportunity to work for Jacque Torres* for three years in NY helping to refine and perfect my skills.
